Proximity Assist PA2000 is a groundbreaking innovation that redefines workplace safety.

This system is specifically dedicated to reactive detection, utilizing (AI) Artificial Intelligence Camera technology.

The Proximity Assist PA2000 system can be easily configured to safeguard various machines and applications.

  • The PA2000 model is designed for RRC remote control operation as well as Manual Operation as required.

  • Utilizes linear detection to create a Hazard Zone with adjustable machine width, length and can follow the direction of machine path of travel.

  • The AI Camera(s) utilize onboard processing providing real time analysis that can: identify personnel vs. objects, ignore irrelevant motion (e.g., dust, machinery vibrations), and prioritize Hazard Zones.

  • Is a stand-alone smart system that can be installed as a “plug and play” unit.

  1. The direction-activated proximity detection is designed to automatically activate the appropriate directional AI Camera and monitor the Hazard Zone based on the direction of machine travel.

  2. Detection occurs when a potential operator and/or pedestrian is detected in a defined Hazard Zone.

  3. Safety protocols are then triggered and applied to help prevent the operator and/or pedestrian from contact with machinery. For Example: Safety protocols can be set to Apply Brakes, Throttle to idle and Sound Horn or any combination as required when detection occurs.

SAFETY REMINDER: ALWAYS VERIFY THAT YOUR CAMERA VIEWS AND PROXIMITY ZONES ARE FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY BEFORE OPERATING IN CONFINED OR HIGH-TRAFFIC AREAS. WHILE THE SYSTEM USES AI TO ENHANCE DETECTION, IT DOES NOT REPLACE VISUAL CHECKS OR BEST OPERATOR PRACTICES.
